Welcome to PincBloom. By accessing our website and using our telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. PincBloom operates as an online women's health clinic connecting patients with registered Australian healthcare practitioners. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
PincBloom facilitates tele health consultations — including video, phone, and asynchronous messaging — with qualified General Practitioners and Endorsed Nurse Practitioners registered in Australia. We provide medical advice, prescriptions, pathology referrals, and ongoing care plans for women's health conditions. All clinical decisions are made solely by the treating practitioner.
To use our services, you must be at least18 years of age and physically located in Australia at the time of your consultation. By using PincBloom, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
PincBloom is not an emergency service. In the event of a medical emergency, you must immediately contact emergencyservices (000 in Australia) or attend the nearest hospital emergency department. Our practitioners are not able to provide emergency care via the platform.
Consultation fees are displayed prior to booking and must be paid at the time of booking. Where applicable, consultations with General Practitioners and Endorsed Nurse Practitioners maybe eligible for Medicare rebates under the MBS. Please note that Endorsed Nurse Practitioners receive 85% of the standard Medicare rebate. Patients are responsible for any out-of-pocket costs not covered by Medicare. Fees are subject to change and will be communicated in advance.
The issuance of prescriptions, referrals, and medical certificates is entirely at the clinical discretion of the consulting practitioner. PincBloom does not guarantee that a consultation will result in a prescription or referral. Practitioners will only prescribe medications that are clinically appropriate and in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.
Appointments cancelled with more than 24hours' notice will receive a full refund. Appointments cancelled with less than24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at hello@pincbloom.com.
